I know that there is alot written here,but please take some time to read it and answer ! It is urgent and We really need peoples help!
I'm am in a class of 24 students, we have been given the title of the worst class in the school by most people.
There are 3-5 people that are always causing the trouble and all the teachers know who they are..everyone knows who they are! the class in whole get in trouble for these peoples actions and as a class we are told that we are all responsible because we're in this together as a class..but how can we take responsibility for our peers actions !? it is not fair ! we made this clear to our english teacher yesterday ,she listened and after i stood up to make a point 2 of the main troublemakers apologised to the class for the trouble they're causing us. My other classmates and I are unhappy coming into school everyday because we know that we will get in trouble again and again for other peoples actions. I know that there are troublemakers in most schools but this is gone too far! everyones grades have gone down and we are far behind the other classes in our year ! I feel that this is bullying as they are taking away our right to an education and happiness etc. ! I WANT CHANGE! I am only 13 and I know that i can't make a whole lot of difference but I am willing to try ! I need advice and your opinions on away I and my other classmates can take action !My parents also know about this and are willing to do something (obviously) so ideas on what they can do would also help!

Please give me your opinions and any ideas you have! ?You might write a petition and have it signed by all of your classmates who feel as you do. State the issue and how you would like it resolved. Be careful of spelling and punctuation. Send certified copies to the Headmaster, the School Board (our local governing board here in the States) the Principal Teacher and your Class Teacher. You might mention the fact that %26quot;We, the undersigned feel that our opportunity to be well-educated is being compromised by (name the problem students), due to their propensity to _____%26quot;.
Your parents can be another catalyst for change. They should find the proper chain of command (from your classroom teacher on up) sending certified letters %26amp; scheduling meetings with as many of the other students' parents as possible and the administration. As taxpayers, your parents are paying the salaries for this nonsense. As taxpayers they should demand their rights and the school should fulfill its obligations. Perhaps Ireland has some legal minds willing to take on this challenge pro-bono (free). If you're in a private school, then your parents will simply have to make it clear that the school's reputation is about to slip. The media would have a field day.

i told my mum and she called up the school and spoke with mr g. the deputy head. and he had me moved into a clas withmy other friends and were all fine now:)
have your mum call the school and she should ask to speak to he head or deputy head. and she should explain the problem and tell them that you ish to be moved class. chances are you will be allowed to move class.
